About Banba
The application about Mobile Contactless Ordering which allows customers to order food and drinks directly from their phones. The purpose of the app is to stop queues and waiting times all over the world.

Project's Goals & Challenges
Creating an app that will save time and can increase per-head spend on the topic of ordering and help users take their drink quickly without no queuing and waiting a long time. Also reducing business costs through streamlining staff workflows in marketplaces to split orders, sending food items to the kitchen others to the bar or counters. The app will ease people's life both B2B and B2C. Banba aims to eliminate queues and wait times at venues.

Design Process
The first step of the design process focuses on user flows and wireframes to give me a way to iterate faster through ideas. From this, I went to the production mode, designing the interface considering design principles such as contrast, hierarchy, and feedback; brand attributes; user interactions, and the imagistic universe presented as briefing by the case.

‍Once the interface was ready, I took feedback from the head of the digital designer & lead developer in order to understand the experience gaps. Validation is part of my usual design process.
